Subject	Intersting day/SPL "dyno"

Message	Well today was interesting to say the least. I wake up this morning to my mom calling about nine saying we need to have a family meeting while i had only been asleep for ~5 hours. I go to my parents house and she tells us (my brother and I) that her and my dad have decided to split up for the time being :( Not something you want to hear! And let me tell you, this was totally out of left field! But im hopeful things will work out. Fast forward to later when me and my dad come to Lubbock (tx) to look for tires for my Z and a strut for his pulsar pos and I stop by Custom Sound Works to see if they can meter my car since i rewired my stereo the other day. So Craig, a real nice guy, grabs his RTA and we head out to my car while telling him what I have back there. At first I think he was thinking this is a waste of time since he'd never heard of Adire Audio but as soon as I cranked the volume up his story changed. So he did a little tuning and found that 49-50hz was a real nice freqency for my car and we proceed to test it further. Finally after all that the best reading I got was a 145.1 on a sine sweep on the dash with all doors/windows CLOSED! not too bad for a <$1500 system. He also did some playing and got a 148.7 on the floorboard with the doors closed.
